Cake Annushka
This cake I made on motives of a black forest dessert. The cherry chocolate is what you like, Anna! This sweet gift for you!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    180 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    80 g

  • Cocoa powder

    40 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Lemon

    1 tsp

  • Juice

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Cream

    600 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Thickener for cream

    1 pack

  • Chocolate milk

Cooking

Milk with cocoa bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Get a thick glossy chocolate. Allow to cool.

Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Yolks with sugar and softened butter will beat into a soft mousse to splendor.

Continuing to whisk, add the cooled chocolate mass.

Proseem the flour with the baking powder and add to the total mass, continuing to whisk.

Get the dough consistency is thicker than biscuit. Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees. Split mold zastelil baking paper. Spoon the batter into the form.
