This technology I have been looked after in one of the books "Good food." Made it with different fillings and different yeast dough.
I don't focus on the test because you can use any dough on your taste. I used the bread machine for kneading and proofing dough. I have a lean option.
Formed from the dough small balls to write one size 3, cover and give them time for. Then roll out into tortillas.
Half of the pellets lubricated with strawberry jam and the other half cranberry jam. Strawberry give flavor, and cranberry acidity. Stacked, alternating, layers in silicon form. If you use the iron, then cover it with paper.
From the large ball to roll cake-cover and stow the top. Lubricate sweet water. Close with cling film and leave for 20 mins to rise.
Bake at 180*C for 35 min. (focused on your oven.)
