Cooking
First of all turn on the oven at 180 degrees. Sugar mix with eggs.
Add flour, honey, bicarbonate of soda (not extinguish), and a pinch of salt.
Orange zest puree them in a blender. You can scrape a spatula and can be cut into small squares.
Fill with boiling water zest to it and was soft and without bitterness, and raisins. Leave for a few minutes.
Pour walnuts, raisins, citron, prunes (if you like) and optionally other dried fruits.
All mix, the dough will be very thick and sticky.
Coat the baking pan with parchment or sprinkle with flour. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and with wet hands put 4 sausages. Put in the oven for 30 minutes Bake at temperature 170-180 degrees.
Ready to be cut slightly diagonally into slices.
