Cherries are my favorite berry, but it does not grow in our area. First tried it... 45 years ago, grandpa was brought to Krasnodar. I like it so much... but to buy it from us it was not possible, and tried her more than 20 years. Since then, my Association with the cherry as something similar to the dream from childhood. Now this is no problem, berry comes to us from Uzbekistan and Turkey. Although the price is biting. I want to offer you delicate dessert with this berry.

Cooking
To prepare the dessert using brown sugar fine from "Mistral".
Take ripe berries, cherries, wash, remove the stems. Optionally remove bones, but they don't disturb me.
Put in a pot of berries, add 2 tbsp. brown sugar fine from "Mistral", a pinch of cinnamon, pour 100 ml of cherry juice, fresh squeezed is better. Put it on the stove and cook the berries with continuous stirring for 5 minutes.
Starch dilute in 100 ml of cherry juice.
Enter the starch dissolved in cherry, brew sauce (jelly). Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. The sauce should be thick. Leave it to cool down.
Plain yogurt mixed with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar fine from "Mistral", beat with a mixer. To reduce caloric can take non-fat or low-fat yogurt.
Add to the yogurt with the sugar, mascarpone, you can use whatever cream cheese or even soft cheese, then dessert at all is a dietary.
