Dushbara
Very similar to dumplings. The difference is that the soup and dumplings are very small. One spoon should fit a few pieces. Time-consuming process.

Ingredients

  • Greens

  • Turmeric

  • Flour

  • Onion

  • Minced meat

  • Salt

  • Butter

  • Vinegar

  • Garlic

Knead the dough.

Thinly roll out and cut into squares. In the middle of each put a piece of meat.

The most difficult thing. First, the box is folded to make a triangle.

Throw dushbara cook in boiling salted water. Add turmeric and butter.

At the very end or sprinkle dried mint or fresh herbs (cilantro). To dushbara served in a separate bowl, finely mashed garlic in vinegar. It is added to the plate, but just 1-2 spoons.
