Cookies with filling
Have you ever had cookies stuffed with cookies? Yes, here is a recipe I met. Well, it turned out very tasty! For the recipe thanks Anna M.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Potato starch

    1 cup

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Cookies

    100 g

  • Jam

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Mix 150g of flour, a Cup of starch, and baking powder. Add soft butter (margarine). All mix well with your hands into crumbs.

Add 2 tbsp of sugar and sour cream and the remaining flour.

Knead the dough and put it in the fridge for an hour.

But in the meantime, make filling. For this we need to grind the cookies. And mix it with jam. Jam take any, but it's better thick. I had homemade plum jam. Cookies may need less, it depends on what you take. So do not mix all at once.

Divide the dough into 3 parts. One roll in a reservoir of a rectangular shape.

In the middle put our stuffing. Smeared it, but not a lot.
