Mushroom casserole with cheese in choux pastry
Very quick, juicy, delicious dish!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

Cooking

In a pan put oil and broth and bring to a boil.

Add the flour and quickly stir with a spoon. Remove from the heat.

One to drive each egg into the dough with a mixer.

Add the mustard, fried onion, salt and pepper. Add the grated cheese. Mix well. Combine mushrooms, green onions and dough. Put into a form. Bake in the oven at 190 for about 45 minutes.
