Very tasty roll... with a nutty taste and delicate cream... )))Easy to prepare... 25 minutes.. you will need to make this rolls))))

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Almonds

    75 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Mascarpone

    150 g

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

Mix the ground almonds 60 g sugar powder(or sugar)..+ One whole egg and 2 egg yolks

Add 5 beaten with the remaining sugar egg whites(Whisk in a separate bowl..in a solid foam)Then add soda and flour...knead well and pour on protiven...Designed for the average pan...I have a small...two rolls didn't want to do...get a thicker roll....but the dough is very light and airy....it's not scary...bake at temperature of 180...10-15 minutes...depends on the thickness..Then spread on a cloth...Wrapped right into a napkin (or kohona towel)in a roll...and put in cold
