Austrian cookies
Tender, crumbly, flavorful and delicious cookies. A great option to a Cup of cocoa. The perfect gift for the holiday.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    240 g

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Hazelnuts

    130 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cinnamon

    1 pinch

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Jam apricot

    4 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

Nuts slightly to fry is to bake on a dry pan.
