Herring in a spicy marinade
To be honest, I don't really like fish. I love any seafood, even seaweed, but no fish. Herring is one small exception, which I'm always happy to see in their dish. And the marinade from Gordon Ramsay makes it great.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    500 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Garlic and oregano are finely chopped. Mix with the remaining ingredients to the sauce.

Herring wash, cut off the head and gut. Salt.

Mix the fish with the marinade and let stand for 30-40 minutes.

Prepare the coals in the grill, the grill pan from the company "Forester" of grease, and put our fish. Put on the grill.

Fry until cooked and serve. Although it is very cold and tasty.
