Stew of mushrooms
This recipe is for those who appreciate simple hearty food.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Before starting to cook the mushroom goulash, bring to a boil potatoes, it will be a good side dish. Slice the champignons.

Chop 1-2 onions.

Slice the red bell pepper.

Put all meats in a bowl for cooking in the microwave, add the vegetable oil and cook on full power for 4-5 minutes

While preparing mushrooms and boiled potatoes in a bowl, mix the sour cream, tomato paste, flour, salt, pepper and broth, stir. Mushroom soup, of course, delicious, but you can replace it with water.

To get mushrooms from the microwave, they will decrease in volume.

Pour creamy tomato sauce, cover and put back in microwave for 6-8 min., power to reduce.
