Cooking
If the cheese is dry, then grind it in a blender or through a sieve. Add to it eggs, sugar, salt, baking powder and vanilla.
Knead in the semolina yogurt and leave to swell for 20 minutes.
Combine the curd and semolina mass together.
Pour into a greased and sprinkled with semolina form and bake for 35 minutes at 200*C.
Ready cake sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into pieces a La carte.
