Another version of stuffed chicken. Maybe someone will like. We really like it.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Chicken liver

    100 g

  • Heart

    100 g

  • Stomach

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

This is our chicken. Chicken remove all bones, cutting them with the meat, being careful not to damage the skin.

That's what it is. Make a sauce. Mix soy sauce, oil, dry mustard and parsley. The inside of the chicken sprinkle with salt and brush with half the sauce. Leave for 20 min.
