Beef Stroganoff Swiss
This recipe cooks beef Stroganoff my husband, I assume that the recipe is borrowed from some publications such as "Men's cooking". Prepared under the verbal comments of her husband that "the meat and the woman - two incompatible things", where "the sun and the moon of my soul" such a view is difficult to say, probably jealousy. It tastes good, try it.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Thyme

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Ingredients to make beef Stroganoff.

Meat thoroughly wash, dry and cut into thin slices, sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Put the meat into boiling oil and fry until Golden brown.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Onion chopped quite finely and brown in a deep frying pan.

Add to the onions mushrooms, cut into quarters, and continue roasting until soft mushrooms.

To the onions and mushrooms add a tablespoon of flour and fry with basic ingredients for another five minutes.

Send there is half a Cup of dry white wine

After 5-7 minutes add a Cup of cream ( I used 10% interest), thyme (dry - a couple of pinches of fresh - chopped leaves from one sprig) and bring the sauce to a boil.

In the resulting sauce to dip the pieces of veal and simmer on a slow fire, not allowing to boil rapidly, until the meat is tender, about 30 minutes ( it all depends on the quality of the meat).
