New year's eve you always want to treat yourself with something delicious. I want to offer you to try this Piedmontese pecan pie. For me nuts are a part of the Christmas tradition in their time on our family holiday they were mandatory. So, gentle nutty flavor and a minimum of fuss! Beat in the dry mix soft butter and mixed the liquid ingredients, put the dough in. *in the description have Belonika specified that the dough should be poured into the form, but I have it turned out not so liquid... I don't know why, but the taste is not spoiled)

We bake the pie 25 minutes then prisypat a little sugar and another 5 minutes (I'm in the remaining minutes turned on the grill). Ideally, in the middle of the cake should be slightly moist. Can be served immediately, you can allow to cool or prepare in advance.
