Cooking
Each family has its own recipe for pancakes, and the site has a huge number of recipes for pancakes. For this recipe we need to make the pancakes not delicate and not very thin and not sweet. I kneaded the dough for pancakes, added chopped green onion, put to rest the dough for 30 minutes.
Bake pancakes. As I said, they should not be too thin, but not thick. Each pancake grease with butter. Leave aside and prepare the filling.
We will cut into cubes of smoked cheese. About cheese: I remember, at us in Volgograd was smoked cheese, which was called "Sausage". Not sure how in your regions, may be there are other types of smoked cheese. If not, then you can safely use any other cheese (except green!) at Your discretion! Mix cheese and ham.
Prepare the Bechamel sauce. I always buy ready-made. In a small saucepan, pour 400g of sauce, add 50g of cream or sour cream, nutmeg. Bring to a boil (do not boil!), stirring constantly.
In the cheese and ham add 2-3 tbsp of the sauce. All peremeshaem.
On the bottom of the form pour 3-4 tbsp of the sauce.
Take the pancake, turn it in 1/4 of the spread the filling.
Spread crespelle in shape.
On top pour the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with grated cheese or, as in my case, cubes of cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes at 180°C.
