Baskets of polenta with beef and mushrooms
Delicious eateries baskets out of corn and stuffing. Very convenient to take on nature.

Ingredients

  • Corn grits

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

Muffin tins envelops the foil edges are not cut to make it easier to remove the baskets.

In boiling water add small portions of corn grits and salt, stir constantly to avoid lumps. Cook for about 20-25 minutes until the porridge thickens. In the finished porridge add the butter.

Fry the onion (finely chopped) and carrot (grated) in vegetable oil, add minced meat, salt and pepper.

Mushrooms wash, peel and finely chop. Fry and combine with ground beef.

Take 1 tbsp oatmeal and put in molds. Using a teaspoon shape the future baskets.

Put the filling in the pastry. Whisk together egg and sour cream and pour the filling. Sprinkle cheese on top (grated).

Bake 20 min at 200 deg. Baskets remove from foil when slightly cool. I took the baskets to the nature with the foil.
