Hepatic pancakes with mushrooms and chicken

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

To prepare the stuffing 2 onions, peel and finely chop and put in a pan with hot vegetable oil.

Clean the mushrooms, finely chop. Add to the onions.

Finely chop chicken. Add to the pan. Salt, pepper, add spices (to taste), mix thoroughly. Roast until tender 10-15 minutes.

Chicken liver 2 onions grind in a blender until a homogeneous liquid mass, add eggs, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Dissolve 1 Cup of milk. Knead thoroughly. Obtain a homogeneous, liquid, pancake batter. Fry like regular pancakes, every time greasing the pan with vegetable oil or a slice of bacon (I fried in a frying pan for pancakes with a low rim).

Next, coat each pancake with a spoon of mayonnaise and put the stuffing. Roll tube.
