Coconut cake with raspberries
Discovered the raspberry season is a great narodnoi this cake. Incredibly soft, moderately moist, flavorful! The sweetness of the dough kompensiruet pleasant sourness of the raspberry. A wonderful combination of raspberries and coconut flakes. Another favorite pie with summer berries enriched my culinary piggy Bank. Recipe found in Liventernet Pretty. My words of gratitude!!!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Coconut shavings

    100 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Extract

    1 tsp

  • Raspberry

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

The softened butter vzbit with sugar until light air masses (about 5-7 minutes)

One can enter eggs, each time stirring well.

Mix in a separate bowl and mix well: flour, baking powder, coconut, salt.

Alternating to enter in the oil mixture with dry ingredients and coconut milk, stirring well.

Split form (diameter 22 cm) covered with baking paper and spread half of the dough. Then a uniform layer of raspberries.

Cover with the remaining batter and smooth.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes (check out the splinter) until Golden brown. Allow to cool completely. Be careful if you decide to shift the pie - very tender!
