Cooking
In a saucepan combine 1 1/2 cups cream, sugar and eggs.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until it boils. Immediately remove from heat, do NOT boil.
Lightly whip the cream cheese until smooth.
Slowly and gradually add the hot egg mixture.
Cover, let cool and then place in the fridge for 1 - 2 hours.
Stir in remaining cream, zest and lemon juice, and vanilla.
If using ice cream maker, prepare the ice cream following the manufacturer's instructions. The number of products given for ice cream 3.5 to 4.5 L. If not, then put in freezer for 1.5-2 hours until frozen at the edges. Remove and mix thoroughly. It is very effective to do immersion blender. Repeat this process 2-3 more times. Thus, you will prevent the formation of crystals, and the result is soft, smooth ice cream.
In the finished ice cream mix in the biscuits. Cookies can be replaced with nuts, chocolate, pieces of chocolate bar, etc.
Pour the mixture into airtight container and leave in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours.
