Chocolate creme brulee
Close your eyes and imagine a chocolate Paradise, where flowing rivers of chocolate with caramel shores. Here's how to describe it.

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

Cooking

Pour the cream into a saucepan, put chocolate and a little warm, not govada to a boil so the chocolate is melted. Allow to cool a little.

Then, all products mix

pour into small ramekins and place in deep baking pan. Pour in a pan the water and so put in the oven for 75 minutes at 130*C.

Before serving, sprinkle brown sugar and put under the grill or with the aid of special kitchen blowtorch to melt the sugar. Get a nice crunchy caramelized crust.

Can be served both warm and cold. Tender and just delicious.
