Description
Won't be long and a lot of praise. After the first bite was a "verdict": Recorded in a cookbook in the category of "the Best". Thanks for the delight, flavor and aroma of this tart Oxana Borisova.

Cooking
Mix the flour with the baking powder and keep.
Beat soft butter with sugar. I always add a pinch of salt (the author is not specified) - decide for yourself.
Add the egg and almond extract (I added flavoring, in the absence of extract)
Reduce speed of mixer to low and add the flour with the baking powder. The dough whisk and just stir. It turns out sticky, spotting consistency.
Put the dough in a detachable form with a diameter of 22-24 cm, smearing the spatula across the bottom and sides. Put in 20 minutes in the refrigerator (I put it in the freezer).
Meanwhile, prepare the filling: beat the butter with 1/4 Cup sugar (half of the required amount) to the lush state.
Add the egg and lemon zest. Beat again.
Reduce speed of mixer to low and add the flour with cream. Mix well.
Apple peel (I didn't), slice and mix gently with lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Remove the pan from the fridge, trim the dough if necessary (chilled is easier to do) and put slices of apples.
On apples pour the filling.
Sprinkle with remaining sugar and almonds. I'm part poured on the dough, then sprinkled the petals and again sugar.
Bake. It took me about 50 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
