Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    600 g

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    1 pack

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ketchup

    4 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

Boil buckwheat or chaff. Chaff even better.

Add a teaspoon of butter and tomato paste sauce. Mix well.

Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil until soft.

Add the onions and grated carrots.

Sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs.
