Cooking
Liver clear from the films, cut into large pieces, soak in milk.
Apples are cleaned from skin and seeds, cut into slices. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle lightly with salt and brown sugar, and nutmeg. Put bake under the grill until cooked.
Cornmeal, season with salt, pepper, add a pinch of dried rosemary. Roll the pieces of liver in seasoned flour.
Fry until cooked in hot oil on both sides over medium heat.
Serve with slices of baked apples and vegetable salad dressed with oil and balsamic vinegar. I made Chinese cabbage salad, cucumber, tomato and celery and served. It turns out very tasty combination of liver with sour apples and fresh salad. Bon appetit!
