Tomatoes cut into 2 parts and remove the pulp,
onions, garlic, and finely chop the greens
and fry in olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
This filling to stuff half of the tomatoes,
add grated cheese, put a piece of butter and bake in the oven (200°C), until cheese is browned.
