Cooking
In a frying pan with butter fry 1 chopped onion and pour sugar all simmer on a slow fire. After 10 minutes add the tomato paste.
Clean the eggs and remove the yolks.
Proteins grate and mix them with minced meat (beef salted, peppered and onions. You can add raw egg, but I did not add and I do not seethe).
Divide the meat into 7 parts. From each part to form a pellet with a hollow in the middle. In the middle put the egg yolks and form a ball (I was salalila much as snowballs).
Balls put into the frying pan where we fried the onion. Pour the broth, my broth didn't cover the balls, and I flipped them in the cooking process. Total time took 40 min. On the side I did buckwheat.
