Sour cream Apple pie with cinnamon and almonds
This Apple pie is a kind of analogue of the familiar to all of Charlotte, but the dough he's got a much gentler thanks to the sour cream. Additionally, the combination of flavors of apples, cinnamon and nuts creates a warm and festive atmosphere in the house during baking. And the taste of crunchy almond crust is perfection! The cake turns out very tender, just melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Sour cream

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Granulated sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Prepare the powder. Grind in a blender almonds.

Add the cinnamon.

And add the sugar. Mix everything.

Prepare the dough. For this, blend it for about 1-2 minutes at speed 1 soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Then add the eggs.

Add sour cream. All beat with a blender until smooth.

Then gradually add flour and baking powder and continue whisking.

Apples clean from the skin and viscera, cut into small pieces. Add the apples to the dough and mix everything with a spoon.

Grease a baking pan with oil and spread half of the dough.

On top sprinkle with half of nut crumbs. Then distribute the remaining dough and evenly sprinkle with the crumb. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour.
