Description

Chocolate cheesecake
Aromatic and simply divine cake with soft cheese and dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Pudding vanilla

    40 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    350 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

Cooking

In the cheese add 2 eggs, vanilla, sugar and starch, lightly whisk

Add pudding, whisk some more and put the cottage cheese in the fridge

Heat on the stove milk, half Cup sugar, cocoa, chocolate and butter, let them cool

To the cooled chocolate mass add 4 yolks, baking powder and flour. Knead the dough with a spatula, not a whisk

Add 4 beaten not very much protein and stir

In the form lined with baking paper, pour the third test and randomly spoon spread the cheese filling

Repeat layers until you run out of dough, the latter should be a layer of cottage cheese. Send the cake in the oven for 40-50 min at 180 g

That is the miracle work. Can decorate with melted chocolate or powder, or as your heart desires!
