I represent to your attention another one of my contest recipe - the pumpkin pie. It differs from the previous one, but also very tasty and useful. Sorry for the main photo, but someone could not resist and tried spionerit a piece of pie until the end of the shoot...

Cooking
Pumpkin cut into pieces and cook for a couple until soft. Boil them in water, but then it is necessary to drain in a sieve to drain the water.

Add the egg yolks. Mix well.
Meanwhile, cook the form. I took my favourite pan without a handle, made it with parchment, greased with butter and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Then in the dough add sifted flour, mix well.
And enter gently beaten egg whites with salt and sugar, stirring with a spoon from top to bottom. You can add any filler.
Sprinkle grated on a fine grater chocolate.
And with a toothpick or small spoon to make chocolate stains.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool in the form, then invert on a dish.
And then decorate to your liking. I decorated the icing sugar with the help of donated stencils.
