Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Oat flakes

    150 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Oat flakes (50 g) pour warm milk. Leave for 15-20 minutes.

Carrot grate, onion cut into small cubes. Fry the vegetables in a small amount of vegetable oil until soft.

Mix minced chicken with roasted vegetables, cottage cheese, starch and cereal. (the milk is completely absorbed and the flakes were completely soft) add Salt and pepper. Carefully knead the meat.

The remaining 100 g of flakes, grind in a blender.

Wet hands to form small meatballs, roll lightly in oat breadcrumbs and fry them in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on medium heat on one side. Then flip the patties, cover the pan with a lid and saute the cutlets for 3-4 minutes.
