Fitness-cupcakes
Again I come to you with sweets that will not harm the figure. Muffins turn out soft, soft, moderately sweet, and most importantly - useful!!!

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    50 g

  • Oat flakes

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Bran

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Dried fruits

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Cereal grind.

Add sifted rye flour.

Cocoa, bran and baking powder (I forgot about bran, but added them at the very end).

In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt and egg, add the sweetener (I have a grape syrup).

Mix with dry ingredients.

Make filling. RUB the cottage cheese with the vanilla, add the finely chopped dried apricots and figs (I was big, I took one thing). I had cottage cheese was a little dry, I added a spoonful of yogurt. All mixed.

In molds put the part of the test.

Put the curd and close the remaining dough, you can decorate the top with walnuts as desired.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes (focus on your oven).
