Casserole potato-buckwheat
Offer to cook a very special casserole of buckwheat and mashed potatoes. This dish can be prepared with different additives, such as mushrooms, sauerkraut, sun-dried tomatoes, smoked meat. In Poland, this casserole usually served with mushroom sauce or vegetable salad.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Buckwheat

    380 g

  • Cream

    220 ml

  • Feta

    250 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    15 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

Buckwheat washed, poured into boiling salted water in a ratio of 1:2. Fire diminish to a minimum, cover the pan and cook for about 20 minutes. The pan remove from fire, let the cereal cool slightly.

Peeled potatoes boiled until tender, drained, mash the potatoes into a puree. Give the sauce to cool slightly.
