Cooking
Beef, in my case shoulder 900g. Our beef cut into thin strips, then the thinner, the less fuss with knives or hatchets.
The resulting strips finely chop with a sharp knife if you have hatchet is even better. The process is routine and requires patience.
The consistency should be close to the stuffing
