Baked potato with sauce in Spanish
I have seen enough of our Olewski suliko2002 photos, and I really wanted to fly to Spain to disrupt a couple of oranges under her window with orange tree, and, of course, to taste the real Spanish cuisine...)) in Order not to lose time, I decided to cook for this reason a dish and I came across a recipe for potatoes in Spanish)) So, Olga, welcome and help yourself!))

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Rosemary

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    8 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Thoroughly wash the potatoes and cut in 2-3 pieces depending on size.

Pour olive oil, pepper, salt and add rosemary. Stir and put to bake for 40 minutes in the oven, laid out in a single layer.

Garlic finely chop with a knife. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, sour cream, mustard and garlic. You can do one half of the sauce with sour cream, and mayonnaise, as I did.

Ready potato serve with sauce.
