Chicken liver with cabbages
Great combination! Delicious, moderately spicy and very juicy, the liver turns. Cabbage absorbs the flavor. Did the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the result!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    0.5 kg

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Wasabi

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

Pour milk into a bowl, adding wasabi (better taste, as in one bar wasabi is sharper, the other sweeter) and

mix well. The milk will acquire a rather nice light emerald hue. The liver to soak not less than 30 minutes.

Shred cabbage and

fry on a dry pan.

To get from milk and lightly dry. Fry the liver in a pan with very hot oil.

Add the cabbage to the liver and pour the "emerald" milk. Let simmer for 12-15 minutes at low heat with the lid closed.

Very tasty and juicy liver ready! The cabbage tender and flavorful!
