  • Pork ribs

    700 g

  • Allspice

  • Soy sauce

  • Garlic

  • Pomegranate juice

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

The ribs cut into portions, sprinkle liberally with pepper, add the soy sauce and leave to marinate for 40 minutes at room temperature.
