Afghan biscuits
Easy and quick to prepare, airy cookies made from meringue! This kind of recipe is not found, but if repeated - tell, delete. Don't know how true this is Afghan cuisine - the name and the recipe (with slight modifications) is taken in some blog on the Internet:)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Raisins

    1 cup

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

Separate the yolks from the whites.

3 egg yolks pour the milk, add the flour, knead elastic dough loosely. Prescription was written for 100 g of flour, but I had 70 - it all depends on the quality of flour, look in the process. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet in a thin layer.

Spread on the rolled out dough the raisins and nuts. I didn't have nuts, and I instead took the dried apricots.

3 protein vzbit in a solid foam until peaks, add sugar and another 2-3 minutes to beat. For sweets see for yourself - I did 150 g of sugar, I think it turned out sweet. Next time I'll take 100 G.

Spread whites on top of the raisins.

Bake at 160-180 degrees for 20 minutes. Hot to cut into portions, allow to cool. Bon appetit!
