Mustard pie
Pie dough, with a pleasant filling. Especially delicious as all the cakes the next day. Recipe by Julia Vysotskaya.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    105 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Mustard

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Spices

then RUB everything together with your hands to produce a uniform crumb. Make a deepening in the middle, add sour cream, egg, sugar, salt and knead the dough.

Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 1 hour.

Then roll the dough, spread in a greased detachable form, making a high side, and pierce with a fork in several places. [b]Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes.[/b]
