The rice mariti
I will not say categorically, but, in my opinion, the side dishes of rice are most common in Post anyway, in my family. So, it would seem that rice has prepared and invented all that was possible. Nevertheless, I dare to offer you quick cooking, simple and delicious recipe with the accent of Chinese cuisine which is so popular in the Primorsky Krai, in the far East.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Salt

For this dish you can take any rice that retains its shape and not fall apart, I opted for the "Orient" from "Mistral". By the way, also prepared with Jasmine rice - very spicy and peculiar happened.

Cook rice according to instructions on the package: 100 g rice in 200 ml of water, place rice in boiling water, bring to a boil, cook on a medium heat with the lid closed for 20 minutes.

To speed the process, while cooking the rice, prepare the vegetables. Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips.

Garlic cut into slices.

In a hot pan (better to do it in a wok if you have one) in vegetable oil fry the chopped pepper for 1 minute, add the garlic and fry for 1 more minute.

Cabbage cut into thin strips and add to the roasted peppers with garlic.

Vegetables stir, add salt, sesame oil, black sesame seeds and hot red pepper (if fresh, then chopped, if not, dry cereal).

All the vegetables stir and simmer with the lid closed, for 5-8 minutes.

Ready cooked rice slightly loose and add to the vegetables.

Mix rice with vegetables, turn off heat, cover and leave for 10 minutes on the stove so that the vegetables are "friends" with rice and filled it with its taste and aroma.
