Baked salmon with creamy orange-spinach sauce
A surprisingly delicious dish, a fillet of salmon goes well with a citrus flavor for delicate sauce. Decorated with cherry tomatoes dish looks bright and appetizing! And the taste just melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    4 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Pepper white

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

Take a piece semni, salt, pepper and pour the lemon juice, let it brew for

Until the fish is infused saute onions along with the spinach on low heat

Grate one tablespoon of ginger and citrus zest, mix

In a baking dish put a layer of onions, spinach, orange wedges and fish, sprinkle with ginger - and-citrus mixture

Potatoes boil, peel and clean the float, to close the top of our baking dish and place in oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 - 200 degrees until browned.

You can also cook and bake the fish in batches, turning each piece in baking paper and get a lovely picnic lunch, and don't bleed on the plates that are deployed and are enjoying the aroma and taste!
