A delicious and hearty dish for spinach lovers. However, to prepare the cannelloni has a special kind of pasta, but I think my method is a little simpler (forgive me Poverennova italyitaly:))

Cooking
Onions, shallots and garlic finely chop.
With tomato remove the peel and also chop.
Minced chicken mixed with thyme, salt and pepper.
Onions, shallots and garlic fry in olive oil until Golden brown.
Add the beef and sauté for 5min. on a medium heat.
If you have fresh spinach, chop it and add to the mince. If you take canned (as did I), it is necessary to decant the liquid before you add it to the mince. Saute 10min.
Then remove from heat and add ricotta. Mix well. While preparing the stuffing, boil and cool the sheets of lasagna. The stuffing cool slightly on the sheet of lasagna to put a few spoonfuls of stuffing.
Roll into a tube. Repeat this step until all the sheets of lasagna and minced meat.
The tubes spread in a dish greased with olive oil. I got two meals for 9 of the cannelloni.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake in a preheated 200° oven for 25 min.
