Pumpkin croquettes
The croquettes have a wonderful orange color with a rich pumpkin taste. They can be served as a side dish, but they are also good with sauerkraut.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    600 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

Cooking

Baked pumpkin Porirua in a blender and puree hot put the butter, stir.

60g breadcrumbs, all mix well.

Of pumpkin weight shape the balls, coat them in flour, then in beaten egg and in breadcrumbs. Fry them in olive oil.
