Muffins with pear and chocolate
I offer delicious muffins with pear and chocolate. They get wet (through pear) and sweet, during cooling, the texture changes and they become moderately humid. Come on in, help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    210 g

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    40 g

Cooking

With a mixer beat the eggs with sugar and salt.

Add the softened butter and yogurt. Beat.

Add the baking powder, semolina and flour. Mix well.

Add the pear, grated on a coarse grater and chocolate drops. If You don't have chocolate chips, just chop with a knife any chocolate. Mix well.

The dough is spread on the molds, filling them 2/3 full. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at t=180°. Readiness check with a toothpick. Muffins with pear and chocolate is ready.
