Creme brulee
I have already posted the recipe, and now the pictures are ready. A Real Creme Brulee

Ingredients

  • Vanilla

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Yolk egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    120 g

Preheat the oven to 140 degrees Celsius. Cream and vanilla heat over medium heat, without boiling

Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until smooth

in beaten yolks add warmed cream and whisk again

The finished mass is poured into a clay saucer or a small clay mug(pre-set on the tray), a pan filled with boiling water to half of the saucers and put in the oven for 30 min.

The cream is ready remove and leave to cool. The top sprinkle with sugar and melt with a kitchen blowtorch or put in the oven.
