Cooking
Eggs whisk until the volume increases in 3 times /minute 8/.
Not stopping to whisk, gradually add sugar, still 8 minutes to beat. This is the longest.
Sifted flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla, adding gradually, mix with the eggs, stirring with a spatula from the bottom up in a circle.
Melted in the microwave or on a steam bath the oil add 3-4 tablespoons of dough and put it into the total mass, stirring gently.
Place the dough in a greased and floured form. Bake at 160 gr. 40 minutes the Oven do not open!!!!
Sponge cake cut into 3 parts.
Prepare the sour cream: blend sour cream with sugar.
Korzh, to impregnate the juice from the berries, brush with sour cream, put cherries and raspberries. Cover with the second Korzh, to grease cream, put the berries. Cover with the third layer.
Prepare the butter cream (the cream under mastic): softened butter whip until fluffy mass. Then, without stopping whisking, pour in oil in small portions of condensed milk and whip for 10-15 min to obtain a lush homogeneous mass.
Buttercream to cover the cake from all sides. Smoothing, trying to make a flat surface. Put it in the refrigerator to harden, at least an hour.
For decoration I used marshmallow mastic, personally-prepared. Which made these kind of roses.
Of mastic unrolled layer larger than the size of the biscuit. And gently shifted onto the cake, smoothing. The excess cut off with a knife.
The top was decorated with roses and beads. Everything!!! Bon appetit!!!
