Cooking
Ingredients to make a cake. Before baking the pie, hazelnuts lightly fry, clean, chop into crumbs.
Proteins separated from the yolks.
Beat the egg whites into a light foam and, still whisking, add 100 g of sugar. Beat until persistent peaks. Next proteins put into the refrigerator.
RUB the yolks with 100 g of white sugar, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
Add to whipped the egg yolks, the baking powder (10 g)
Add the sachet of vanilla TM "HAAS".
Butter to melt and cool to room temperature.
To the beaten yolks add melted butter (180 g), gradually add the flour (3 cups).
The form for baking grease with butter, sprinkle with flour, to make a "French shirt".
Put the dough in the form, to make the rim smooth.
For the filling we need canned peaches.
Peaches cut into thin slices.
Spread slices with cookie dough.
To proteins add vanilla pudding (powder) TM "HAAS". Mixture mix well.
To put protein pudding paste on the layer of peaches.
Sprinkle with walnut crumbs. Cake bake for 45-50 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180C.
Ready the cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea!
