Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Hazelnuts

    1 handful

  • Powdered sugar

  • Compote

Ingredients to make a cake. Before baking the pie, hazelnuts lightly fry, clean, chop into crumbs.

Beat the egg whites into a light foam and, still whisking, add 100 g of sugar. Beat until persistent peaks. Next proteins put into the refrigerator.

To proteins add vanilla pudding (powder) TM "HAAS". Mixture mix well.

To put protein pudding paste on the layer of peaches.

Sprinkle with walnut crumbs. Cake bake for 45-50 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180C.
