Tart with chicken liver
Interesting toppings, tasty filling, but in the end a wonderful pie! Try it! Treat!

Ingredients

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Puff pastry

    1 pack

  • Cranberries

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cream cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

Onion cut into small pieces. Sunflower oil to fry.

Liver wash, remove the membranes and cut into medium pieces. Add to the onions and fry on high heat.

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman", Stir and a few minutes to fry on low heat.

Apple peel and cut into pieces. Put in a bowl and pour lemon juice to avoid darkening. Chop the parsley and add to the apples. Add oregano.

Add the Apple mixture to the liver. Add the orange zest. Mix well. To prisolit to taste.

Puff pastry spread in prepared pan 24х20 forming region. Spread on the dough stuffing. Flatten. Sprinkle on top of cranberries.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream, cheese and eggs. Pour cream mixture on top. Bake at 200g for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 170 and bake for another 20 minutes.
