Fruit under a hot cap
Easy to prepare but delicious pie-casserole. At the bottom of juicy, flavorful fruit, and on top of crispy dough. Delicious either hot or cold. If you plan on serving guests, this cake is better to prepare in portion forms, as do not get to cut it the ideal pieces.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.33 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Peach

    1 piece

  • Drain

    4 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Oat flakes grind in a processor. Softened butter to mix with sugar. Add the egg.
