  • Eggplant

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Cheese

Eggplant cut in half and fill with salted water.

Meanwhile, slice the onions and carrots and fry them in the pan, sprinkle with your favorite spices.

To shift the onions and carrots in a bowl, let cool slightly, add the chopped garlic, diced tomato and some green onions.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the eggplant on both sides for 5 minutes.
