Cooking

step-0
Recommended to prepare the dough (overnight). Take butter room temperature, cottage cheese (I kremette), flour.
step-1
Add salt, sugar and vanilla Haas.
step-2
Well grind the flour with the butter and cream cheese.
step-3
Knead a soft elastic dough. At room temperature the dough will be slightly stick, do not hammer it with flour. Put the dough in the bag in the refrigerator for 1 hour and the night.
step-4
Chilled dough roll out into a rectangle thickness of about 3 mm. If you make more than one serving, I recommend to divide the dough into pieces and work with a small amount of dough. As it heats up quickly at room temperature and starts to stick. Cut the crust into squares with sides 5 cm, I got 24 pieces.
step-5
In the middle of each square put 1/4 teaspoon thick jam. I have apricot jam, although thick, but still drained. Suscipiam two opposite edges of the square over the jam and lightly press into the jam. Bundle well I have a few cookies "sold".
step-6
Put the semi-finished biscuit on a baking tray, covered with baking paper and put in heated to 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Cookies should be lightly browned.
step-7
Finished liver let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. I have a vanilla scent from Haas.
step-8
A pleasant tea.
